This sharing is a core part of the service you request, and we charge those agencies a fee to receive your enquiry.
Automatic matching if you do not choose within 10 minutes. If you begin a comparison journey but do not actively select an agency within 10 minutes of submitting your enquiry (measured using our server submission timestamp), you acknowledge and agree that we may, at our sole discretion, select and match you with a single suitable approved agency on your behalf based on your enquiry details. In that circumstance, we will share your information with the matched agency so they can contact you regarding your enquiry, and such sharing will be treated as if you had selected that agency directly.
The nature of our platform involves introducing you to trusted, regulated service providers. These providers pay a fixed fee to receive your enquiry. We never share your information outside of that context, and we never sell your details for marketing lists or unrelated purposes.
How Your Data is Stored
All data is stored securely on UK-based servers. Access to sensitive information is restricted to authorised personnel only, and all submissions are transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections.
