Put the late-payment calculator on your website

If your clients are owed money — you're an accountant, bookkeeper, trade body or business blog — give them the answer on your own site. One snippet, no signup, always up to date with the current statutory rate.

What it does

Visitors enter an invoice amount and due date; the widget works out the statutory interest (8% + Bank of England base rate, correctly dated to the six-monthly reference date) and the fixed £40/£70/£100 compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We maintain the rate table — your embed is never out of date.

How to add it

Paste this where you want the calculator to appear (it works in WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow — anything that accepts HTML):

<!-- Free late-payment calculator by Collect Compare -->
<iframe src="https://collectcompare.co.uk/embed/late-payment-calculator/" id="cc-lpc" title="Late payment interest calculator" style="width:100%;max-width:540px;height:620px;border:0;" loading="lazy"></iframe>
<script>addEventListener('message',function(e){if(e.data&&e.data.type==='cc-embed-height'){var f=document.getElementById('cc-lpc');if(f)f.style.height=e.data.height+'px'}})</script>
